Welcome to Spring 2!
This is only a short half term but we have lots of learning packed in.
We are learning about Sikhism in RE, bee bots in computing and monarchs in history.
In maths we have recapped our numbers to 50, explored counting in 10s and 1s and we're currently working on length and measuring before the Easter break.
In English we have been working on character descriptions and focused on The Tiger Who Came to Tea and We're Going on a Bear Hunt.
In DT we have been exploring the mechanisms involved when making a vehicle with wheels, axles and axle holders, and in art we have looked at and practised lots of different styles with different materials such as oil pastels and watercolour.
In science we have explored the effects of logging and deforestation, while learning how to look after our environment.
