Forest School

 Library Day is Tuesday - Please remember your book if you have taken one home.
 
Forest School  is on Wednesday Mornings - Each child needs Wellington Boots, waterproof trousers and coat and appropriate clothing for the weather 
 
Dance  is on Thursday morning - No special clothing is required. 
Week 2
This week we have been enjoying reading Peace at Last by Jill Murphy for our sensory story. The children created different characters from the story by using tea to stain and add colour to paper. We also used pipettes to apply paint to cotton wool, creating colourful blankets and cushions for the bears to sleep on. In maths the children loved counting and singing '10 in the bed' and acting out the song using soft toys. On Friday we had lots of fun in soft play where the children got to do lots of jumping, sliding and rolling!
